Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company operating the WealthRounds brand (“WealthRounds,” “we,” “us”). By accessing wealthrounds.com, the self-assessment, the Rounds and Returns newsletter, or any WealthRounds content (collectively, the “Services”), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational Content Only - No Professional Relationship

The Services provide general educational information for healthcare professionals. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, medical, or other individualized professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.

Your use of the Services does not create any advisor-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, or physician-patient relationship with WealthRounds, Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC, or Patrick Nailer, MD. Always consult your own licensed professionals before acting on anything you learn here. Any decision you make - and its consequences - is yours alone.

3. No Guarantees of Results

Examples, calculations, scenarios, and figures in the Services are illustrative only, are frequently simplified, and may not reflect current law, current limits, or your circumstances. We make no promise or guarantee of any financial outcome, savings, earnings, credit designation, or career result from using the Services. Past or hypothetical results do not predict your results.

4. The Self-Assessment

The self-assessment is a reflective educational exercise. Its bands and outputs are not a financial plan, diagnosis, rating, or professional evaluation, and must not be relied on as one.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services - text, video, audio, graphics, frameworks, course materials, assessments, and branding - is owned by Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own non-commercial education.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, or use any content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without our prior written consent. Sharing purchased course access or credentials is prohibited.

6. Purchases and Refunds

If and when paid products are offered, the price, delivery, and refund terms presented at checkout govern that purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, digital products are delivered by online access and fees are non-refundable once substantial access to the content has occurred, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, misrepresenting your identity, infringing others' rights, or using the Services in violation of any law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party sites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and a reference is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR CORRECT AT THE TIME YOU READ IT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHROUNDS, ANESTHESIA KNOWLEDGE COMPANY LLC, AND THEIR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Dispute Resolution - Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND WEALTHROUNDS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before filing arbitration, you agree to email us a written description of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days to resolve it informally.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 12, exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding is the state or federal courts covering Lexington County, South Carolina.

14. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after posting is acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
