1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC, operating the WealthRounds brand (“we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through wealthrounds.com, the self-assessment, and the Rounds and Returns newsletter (the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

Information you submit: email address, optional first name, professional role, career stage, overall score band, and per-domain assessment results. Raw quiz answers stay in your browser and are not sent to our analytics.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate region, collected through analytics tools only after you consent where consent is required.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Services are not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How We Use Information

To deliver assessment results, send the newsletter and course updates you request, operate and secure the Services, understand aggregate usage, comply with law, and - when checkout is enabled - process purchases. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising beyond the consented pixels described below.

4. Service Providers

We share information only with processors needed to run the Services: Kit (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (data storage), Stripe (payment processing, when checkout is enabled), and - only after consent and only when our server flags allow them - GA4, Meta, and TikTok analytics pixels. Full fbclid and ttclid values are not forwarded; a truncated hash may be retained for deduplication for up to 90 days. Each provider is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Consent

Essential cookies keep the site functioning. Analytics and advertising pixels load only after you consent through the banner, and you can decline them without losing access to the Services.

6. Retention

Assessment and subscriber records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above - delivering the Services, troubleshooting, honoring export or deletion requests, and meeting legal obligations - then deleted or de-identified.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we hold. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services with that understanding.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message. You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; we will honor requests as required by applicable law, including rights available to California residents (access, deletion, correction, and non-discrimination) and, where applicable, EU/UK data-subject rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
