Why WealthRounds exists

I'm Patrick Nailer, MD, a board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist with nearly 15 years in anesthesia. I was chief resident in anesthesiology, then completed a cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship.

I've also spent years on the business side of medicine. I chaired my anesthesiology department's executive committee, and I have experience with corporate ownership of anesthesia groups and with contract negotiations. I also have experience as an owner of a pediatric therapy practice.

None of that was part of my training. I built WealthRounds to empower healthcare professionals to take control of the business and financial side of their group and their personal finances, and to gain confidence that they can navigate both intelligently and effectively.

Taught by a practicing anesthesiologist. No commissions, no insurance sales, no money management.
